Shipping policy

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. During high-volume seasons, processing may extend to 5-7 business days.

Ready-to-ship wigs and products will ship after processing. Custom units or special requests may require additional time.

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on destination and order type).
• Tracking: Emailed once your order ships.
• Delays: Not responsible for carrier/weather/holiday delays.
• Address accuracy: Customer is responsible for correct shipping details.
• Returned packages: Reshipment fees apply if returned due to address/pickup issues.
• Delivered claims: Once marked delivered, customer must file claims with carrier.
